We are thrilled to announce an exciting new addition to our wellness offerings at Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling! Our very own Marissa Cornelius is now a certified yoga instructor, and she will be leading Ashtanga-based yoga classes designed to promote well-being and resilience through mindful movement and breathwork.

About the Classes

These classes are crafted with a trauma-informed approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Marissa's classes will help you find your inner zen and enhance your overall well-being.

  • When: Every Monday and Thursday
  • Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Where: Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling, 659 Orleans Dr, Suite 2, Grand Island, NE

Registration and Fees

We are offering promotional start-up fees to encourage you to join our community and experience the benefits of yoga.

  • Single Class: $15
  • Five Classes: $55
  • Ten Classes: $90

Please note that pre-purchase of a class or class bundle is required. Registration and payment are due by 4:30 PM on the day of the class. Space is limited, so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot.
