- Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the publication date of this blog post and ending on February 9th, 2024, at 12pm.
- How to Enter: Entrants must subscribe to the Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling newsletter using the rafflecopter widget provided in the blog post. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Prizes: The winner will receive a Valentine's Day gift basket valued at $40, including items such as a candle, blanket, chocolates, a chocolate rose, a home decor item, and a cup with straw. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
- Prize Pickup: The winner must be able to pick up the prize at our location in Grand Island, NE at 403 Lexington Cir. Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling will not ship the prize or offer an alternative pickup location.
- General Conditions: Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling's control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
- Personal Information: Any personal information supplied by entrants will be used only for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling's Privacy Policy.
