Beginning January 2026, all Alfrey & Pruitt Counseling services will be offered under one roof at our main location — 403 Lexington Circle in Grand Island.
This move allows us to bring our full team together in one coordinated, trauma-informed space while continuing to offer the same compassionate care you’ve come to expect.
Why the Move?
Over the past several years, our team has grown — more clinicians, expanded specialties, and more services for children, teens, adults, and families.
With that growth came the need for multiple physical spaces, but it also meant our team worked across two separate buildings.
As we look ahead to the next chapter of our practice, we knew it was time to come back together as one unified clinic.
Being in one location strengthens collaboration, provides more consistency for our clients, and creates a smoother experience from check-in to scheduling to ongoing care.
What This Means for You

Play therapy, EMDR, evaluations, JIOP, adult therapy, family therapy — everything will now be offered at our Lexington Circle office.
• Same clinicians, same care — just easier to find
Your clinician will discuss their exact move-in date with you. Most transitions will be complete by January 5th, 2026.
• Same phone number, same email, same support
Nothing in your communication with us will change.
• Telehealth remains available statewide
Clients across Nebraska can continue accessing care online with no interruption.
