Sharilyn Tuttle, MA, PLMHP, PLCSW
Sharilyn Tuttle (she/her/hers) is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and has her Provisional Certification as a Master Social Worker (PCMSW). Sharilyn values the importance of building strong connections with the individuals she serves and meeting people where they are at. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health and women’s health, while welcoming clients across all ages and experiences. Sharilyn values creating strong, empathetic connections with her clients and providing a supportive space for them to feel heard. She takes a whole person perspective, addressing the many factors that influence mental health and recognizing its ripple effects on overall well-being. Her goal is to empower clients to find balance, resilience, and growth.
Sharilyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2021. Sharilyn went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2024 from UNO. She completed two graduate practicums, one at Thrive Collaborative Care and another at Grand Island Mental Health and Medical Clinic. She has worked in the mental health field since 2020, starting as an administrative assistant and care coordinator for a mental health practice in Omaha, NE. She has also gained extensive experience in the field of social work while working for the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Grace Abbott School of Social Work since 2023 and providing community support services through practicum placements.
In Sharilyn’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her golden retriever, Sandy, and two maine coon cats, Hera and Persephone. Sharilyn enjoys being in nature and engaging in creative hobbies such as crocheting, video games, and baking.
