Meg Polm, MA, PLMHP, PLCSW
I am a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fordham University in 2021 and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State in 2023. I have diverse experiences where I have provided support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges.
My treatment philosophy includes aspects of humanistic theories, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, and a Strengths-based approach. Additionally, I am trained in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy.
In my direct counseling work, I enjoy working with older adults and postpartum women. These areas are a passion of mine, and I hope to guide individuals in their own strengths and understanding of themselves. I believe in providing holistic therapy that considers mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
When not seeing clients, I enjoy getting outdoors, reading, crafts, and playing music!
