Jennifer’s career in mental health began as the office manager at Midwest Encouragement and Counseling Services, where she developed a deep understanding of the needs of clients and families. She later transitioned to a private practice setting, further expanding her clinical skills and experience. Most recently, Jennifer served as an MSW Care Manager at CHI–Good Samaritan Hospital, where she provided compassionate support and care coordination to individuals facing a variety of challenges, further strengthening her expertise in social work and mental health.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is warm, supportive, and centered on the whole person. I believe each client brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals into therapy, and I work collaboratively to help clients recognize those strengths while addressing the challenges they are facing.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Therapy is a space to explore what is difficult, build practical coping tools, and work toward growth at a pace that feels appropriate for each individual.
Because of my background in healthcare, care coordination, pediatric nursing, and social work, I understand how mental health, physical health, family systems, and life circumstances can all affect overall well-being.
