Fall Basket Giveaway Terms and Conditions #1

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
   • Only one entry per person for liking, commenting, and sharing, but additional entries can be earned by tagging friends and signing up for the email list.
2. Entry Procedure:
   • Follow the steps outlined in the giveaway post on our Facebook page.
3. Prize:
   • The prize is a Fall Self-Care Basket valued at over $35.
4. Selection of Winner:
   • The winner will be selected at random using a third-party tool (Woobox).
   • The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted via Facebook messenger.
5. Prize Collection:
   • The winner must claim their prize within one week of the announcement.
   • The prize must be collected in person from our business location, or a designated person must collect it on the winner's behalf.
6. Miscellaneous:
   • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
   • Our business reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
