Youth and Family Support

Trauma-Informed Yoga
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new addition to our wellness offerings at Alfrey and Pruitt Counseling! Our very own Marissa Cornelius is now a certified yoga instructor, and she will be leading Ashtanga-based yoga classes designed to promote well-being and resilience through mindful movement and breathwork.
