Services Offered
Individual Therapy
Individual counseling provides a supportive environment to explore challenges, build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
Child and Adolescent Counseling
Children and teens face unique emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Kadie works with children ages 3 and older, including young children experiencing big emotions, anxiety, behavioral concerns, preschool challenges, and family transitions. Therapy can help young people better understand emotions, improve coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate life with greater confidence.
Parent Support and Family Counseling
Parent support can help caregivers better understand their child’s behavior, respond to big emotions, strengthen parent-child relationships, and support healthy emotional and behavioral development. Family counseling may also help families navigate transitions, communication challenges, and changes within the family system.
Anxiety and Stress Counseling
Therapy can help individuals identify sources of stress, manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical coping strategies for daily life. For children, this may include support with separation anxiety, fears, school or preschool worries, and emotional overwhelm.
Life Transitions Support
Major life changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you are adjusting to a new stage of life, educational challenges, career changes, family transitions, parenting changes, or relationship changes, therapy can provide support and guidance.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can help partners improve communication, strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and work toward healthier relationship patterns.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical tools for growth and healing. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I view therapy as a partnership built on trust, respect, and shared goals.
When working with children, I also value collaboration with caregivers so that growth can be supported both inside and outside of therapy. Together, we will work to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting changes that support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
