Cortney Newton, PLADC
Cortney Newton (she/her/hers) is a provisionally licensed drug and alcohol counselor. She enjoys helping individuals struggling with problematic substance use overcome their struggles and become happy, healthy members of society. Cortney believes in people and their potential to reach their sobriety goals.
Cortney earned her two associate of science degrees in human services and drug and alcohol counseling in Delaware. Upon relocating to Nebraska, Cortney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University in 2022. Cortney is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. Her professional employment experiences include working in Drug Diversion, being part of an Assertive Community Treatment team, and working in foster care services.
In her spare time, Cortney enjoys spending time with her children and riding her two horses, Jenny and Forrest.
